Individual Therapy

No two people are the same. That’s why the approach that I take in my services is highly-personalized and refined to fit the needs of my clients. I will help you recognize your underlying problems, fully realize your strengths and help you adjust to a new, healthier lifestyle. We will discuss the length of treatment, and frequency of meetings at your first session to implement a unique and individualized treatment plan.

Adult Family Therapy

I work with families to identify patterns and behaviors that are no longer serving the group as a whole. We will work together to identify your family's values, and strengths to build a plan to work towards a more healthy communication style. I also work with families that have a loved one struggling with substance use disorders, and or mental health struggles.
